Our stay at St Marys House was enjoyable overall. The location was great, with a quiet and scenic surroundings. The main bedroom was cozy and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the warm showers after a long day of exploring.
While there were a few drawbacks to our stay, such as the limited number of bath towels and hand towels provided for the entire week, as well as some maintenance issues in the house, overall we had a satisfactory experience. The lack of a gas BBQ and the condition of the outdoor furniture could have been better, but these were minor inconveniences.

The hosts were super responsive and the house was clean and tidy. The fully equipped kitchen, AC in every room, and complimentary essentials added a touch of luxury. The 35/40 minute walk into town along the old railway alignment was jaw-dropping, passing through woods and meadows. Stayed at a lovely house with free WiFi and air conditioning. Enjoyed the shared lounge and garden. Parking and kitchen were convenient. Close to University and library.
Oh, I just loved walking up the icy drive, it was such a thrill! The radiators were off and the kitchen was cramped, but who needs space when you have worn-out pots and pans?
